Educator Program

At Grass Roots Books & Music, we understand the importance of creating and supporting a new generation of readers, and extending that support to educators. We strive to offer a strong selection of children’s books in our small space, because young readers are a significant part of who we are as a bookstore, and we want to continue to inspire imaginations through books. As part of that objective, teachers, school librarians, and homeschoolers for grades K-12 are eligible to enroll in our Educator Program. If you live or teach in Corvallis and near-by communities, please register as an educator at Grass Roots Books & Music. We offer these services:
  • 20% discount for books intended for classroom, library, and instructional use. (Some limitations apply.)
  • Easy ordering, usually with 24-hour delivery
  • Purchase orders accepted
  • Shop from home 24/7 on the Grass Roots website (Must choose “Pay In Store” for discount)
  • Specialized Services
    • Search for titles
    • Provide thematic book lists
    • Assist in book-related grant applications
    • Help with other literary research

She is available Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
